Meet Mrs. Lurron Rogers, the dynamic Founder and CEO of our organization. With a rich background as a Registered Nurse, Childbirth Educator, and Labor and Postpartum Doula, she brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to the table. For more than a decade now, Lurron has had the incredible privilege of guiding families through one of life's most transformative journeys—pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Her passion and dedication shine through as she supports families every step of the way during this profound time.

She specializes in women's health within the Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) setting, where she is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to women at all stages of life.
Breana's passion for women's health commenced at the age of 16, when she volunteered in postpartum units and became acutely aware of the beauty and vulnerability associated with motherhood. Since that time, she has had the privilege of assisting in both home labor experiences and hospital births, which has deepened her understanding of the physical and emotional journeys women experience.
Through His Loving Arms, Breana endeavors to create a secure and supportive environment where women feel acknowledged, understood, and empowered. Her approach to care is holistic, emphasizing not only physical health but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of each client. She is particularly passionate about supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and various life transitions, ensuring they have access to education, resources, and compassionate guidance.

As a member of the Board of Directors for His Loving Arms, Ms. Miller effectively combines her clinical expertise, servant leadership, and dedication to community impact. She is devoted to advancing the organization’s mission of empowering women by providing essential resources, strengthening families, and promoting both physical and emotional wellness.

Cecilia D. Smith serves as a dedicated board member and is the proprietor of her own daycare establishment. For nine years, she has also fulfilled the role of a minister at Favor Life Center. Cecilia has been married to Pastor Clarence E. Smith for over forty years and is the mother of three children, as well as a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren and numerous godchildren.
Her primary interest lies in assisting young pregnant women in recognizing their identity and understanding their relationship with their Creator. She is committed to guiding them from a negative state of existence to a positive life experience. Cecilia actively works to inform mothers that postpartum depression and broader life challenges need not define their futures, and she seeks to facilitate the restoration of generational vitality in alignment with spiritual principles.
Cecilia's faith journey commenced at a young age when she embraced Christianity. Growing up in South Central Los Angeles, she discovered her voice through participation in the choir, where music became her expressive language of devotion to the Lord. Following her graduation from Jefferson High School, she pursued a career as a cosmetologist, dedicating herself to empowering women through encouragement and support.

As a single parent, she adeptly raised four children—two daughters and two sons—successfully navigating the challenges of single parenthood with grace and determination. Now, as a proud grandmother to three grandsons, she possesses a deep understanding of the unique needs and strengths of families, particularly those of mothers seeking support and encouragement.
